Weak configuration vulnerability in Stop Spam Comments 0.2.1.2

The Stop Spam Comments plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to and including 0.2.1.2. This makes it possible for attackers to scrape a web page and submit spam comments over and over again. The problem is that the plugin does not properly generate and store the key that is meant to protect against this type of attack.
