Input validation vulnerability in Novelist 1.2.2

The Novelist plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions 1.2.2 and lower. This is because it does not properly check for a special code called a “nonce” when restoring default settings. This means that someone who is not logged in could trick a site administrator into clicking on a link that would reset the plugin to its default settings.
