The Filled In plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Cross-Site Request Forgery. This can happen in any version up to 1.9.1 because the plugin does not properly check for a security code. This means that people who are not logged in can change settings and add harmful code to a website if they can get the site administrator to click on a link.
