If you’re having issues with Really Simple SSL and would like me to help you fix it, you can buy the Premium version of Really Simple SSL. This will give you direct access to email support in English.

Response times

During office hours, I try to respond within 4 hours, and often faster. You will always get a response, so don’t post the same thread on different email addresses and forums please. In weekends and holidays the mail will also be checked, but this might be less regularly.

Extra functionality

On top of support, you get some cool features, like the scan functionality which checks your entire site for mixed content issues and fix them with the one click, the option to enable HSTS, you can submit to the HSTS preload list, a mixed content fixer for the back-end and the certificate expiration warning (with a notice and by email).
