I turned on SSL for an existing site and everything seems to be working (i.e., have a green lock, etc.), BUT if I post a link from the site to Twitter, Facebook or Reddit, the preview image from the page is not being retrieved for the post.
This was working before I turned on SSL. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance!

can you give us your site address so we can have a look?

Sure thing. It’s:
is an example of a link with a “featured image” that used to show a thumbnail in social media postings, etc.

The images are loading fine over https://, those are not the issue. We came across this issue before where it was solved by changing a setting in the SEO plugin (All in one SEO). It was solved by changing the social image source in the plugin settings from ‘default image’ to ‘featured image’. Perhaps the plugin you are using has such a setting as well. The page does have an og:image defined, which indicates that image should be used when sharing on social networks. If it still doesn’t work you might want to contact the developer of your SEO plugin.

I do have an SEO plug-in (Yoast) and I will check it out. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate it.
