Hi, I am using WordPress installed at WPEngine and have added Really Simple SSL plugin.
I have configured my host account at WPEngine to generate a certificate.

I have utilised SSllabs ssl test and get a T rating which would be “If trust issues are ignored: A”.

I believe the certificate is not trusted as the site is hosted under WPEngine.

Would you be able to help me with a workaround please?

your SSL certificate seems to be missing the www domain, the certificate is only valid for the non-www domain. To fix this, the www domain can be added to the certificate alongside the non-www domain, this is something your hosting provider can do for you.
