Thanks a lot for this plugin, it works fine but i have one problem
Redirect loops only in main page of my blog in all another pages works good

Your post got marked as spam, which is why I missed it at first.
What you have is not a redirect loop, which is infinite. This is a redirect chain of three redirects. Because you use the wp redirect, WordPress first redirects to the url with slash at the end, then redirects to the url with https.
If you enable .htaccess redirect, then apply this article by redirecting immediately to the url with slash at the end, you should be able to fix this.

You can try if WordPress is doing the redirects because the https = ‘on’ variable is not set:
