I have these websites and both are on the same server.

    JPN site: sawadashouji.co.jp
    ENG site: sawadashouji.co.jp/en

For the English site, https is enabled.
However, for the Japanese site, I get this error “No SSL was detected.”

I followed the advice on this page, but I still cannot enable https.

No SSL detected, but I’m sure I have SSL

    What can I do?

If you follow those steps, and load your admin over https (you might need to login again), you should see the “go ahead, activate ssl” button. When the styling of your admin breaks, you might have to scroll down a bit to find this button.

    Thank you for the reply.
Unfortunately, I cannot load the admin over https. It simply redirects to http.
    I tried adding define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, true); to wp-config.php but didn’t work…

Could you send WordPress and FTP credentials to us via https://really-simple-ssl.com/support/? Then we will have a look to see what the issue is.
