ParticipantHi I am trying to host multiple wordpress sites for multiple domains (www.seattlepoppunkfestival.com, and http://www.eanh.net) on the same amazon ec2 debian server. Is this possible with Really Simple SSL? Can I just add a 2nd certificate? If so, how?
thanks,
Ean

KeymasterHi Ean,
Really Simple SSL cannot install or obtain an SSL certificate for you, you’d have to get the certificate yourself or via your hosting provider. It is possible to have multiple domain names on the same certificate, for example Let’s Encrypt can have up to 100 domain names on the same certificate. Let’s Encrypt also works on Amazon ec2,see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/SSL-on-an-instance.html#letsencrypt for more information.
After the certificate has been installed, you can install Really Simple SSL on each WordPress installation. The plugin also supports multisite setups.

KeymasterHi John,
Yes, it’s counted per WP installation, so in your case a single WP installation license is what you need.
