This is a website created by students, for this reason we are not experts on this kind of things. We are trying to pass to https from http using this plugin. Before starting the procedure, the plugin asks to change “http://” into “//” from the files .css and .js. How we can do it?

you only have to do this if there is some mixed content in the .css and .js files. Can you try to load the site over https:// to see if it results in any mixed content? If you can provide me with your site address I can have a look.
