I would appreciate some help with completing the installation process.
I have everything checked(in configuration) except HSTS preload.
I don’t see green padlock on my website: https://dubrovnikdailysailing.comDecember 23, 2019 at 9:48 am #315591
your site does show the secure lock. Most browsers don’t show a green padlock anymore but a secured lock. As long as the lock is closed (as it is on your site), the site is secure.December 30, 2019 at 1:44 am #317726AndersonGuest
Hi everyone, i have a issue with my web page i use woocomerce, elementor plugins and is with this last one ELEMENTOR thn have a problem in my main page because de secure lock does’n appear. The message it’s this one:
Your site uses Elementor. This can require some additional steps before getting the secure lock.
I follow the steps from you web page but nothing change, i’ll appreciate if u can give a little help.December 30, 2019 at 9:44 am #317804
if you have followed the steps and don’t see the secure lock, it’s possible that your site uses additional caching (for example a caching plugin) which might has to be cleared as well. Could you check if your site uses a caching plugin and clear it? If you can provide me with your site address I might be able to provide additional information.January 13, 2020 at 10:26 am #323585adieGuest
The same thing is happening for me.
I have cleared cache with Breeze but still, see the same as here in the message:

Elementor can require some additional steps before showing the secure lock. See https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/how-to-fix-mixed-content-in-elementor-after-moving-to-ssl/ for detailed instructions.January 20, 2020 at 3:55 am #326395CodyGuest
I activated SSL using the plug in. It stated everything went fine but it still says not secure at the top. I tried logging in and out, I also changed the Elementor links from HTTP to HTTPS and clicked regenerate files but still no secure lock anywhere. I deleted Super Simple SSL and reinstalled and repeated the process but still do not have it secure. WPX hosting has SSL and the Super Simple SSL plug in states that it is activated throughout the site. Can you guys help me with this?

it’s likely that your site is still cached, could you try to clear all caches the website uses? To find out what’s causing the mixed content exactly you can follow this guide: https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/how-to-track-down-mixed-content-or-insecure-content/. If you can provide me with your site address I can have a look as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions.January 21, 2020 at 7:47 pm #327096aashini kaushikGuest
I have the plugin installed and activated it starts with a padlock and as the site gets fully loaded it goes back to not secure. Please advice what should i do?January 22, 2020 at 9:07 am #327256
this usually happens when an image or other resource is loaded over http://. You can find out what is causing this exactly by following this guide: https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/how-to-track-down-mixed-content-or-insecure-content/. If you can provide me with your site address I can check what might be going wrong.January 23, 2020 at 10:21 am #327880KamiGuest
I don’t know why I still don’t have a green lock?January 23, 2020 at 2:41 pm #327943
most browsers don’t show a green lock anymore, but a closed lock if your site is secured. As long as you have a closed, grey lock your site is secured by SSL.
