Using the Premium version I Activated the “Configure your site for the HSTS preload list” and then went to submit and received this:

    Error: No HSTS header
Response error: No HSTS header is present on the response.

Perhaps it’s something I missed and need a quick helping hand on. Thanks!

    Hi Mark,

could you fill in the support form at https://really-simple-ssl.com/support/ and include the contents of your .htaccess file? The header should be written to the .htaccess file. If you can send it we will have a look to see what the issue might be.

I have the exact same problem. I must have this site on the preload list and have done everything I know to do.

I have tested with several configurations: with caching (fastest cache), with .htaccess redirect active and deactivated, with the HSTS rules above and below the redirect. The preload list works fine in all these configurations.

This could be a server issue: maybe the server doesn’t send the header?
