Hi, how to solve the problem?
Really Simple SSL failed to detect a valid SSL certificate. If you do have an SSL certificate, try to reload this page over https by clicking this button:November 2, 2019 at 9:20 am #295726
Did you try doing the suggested action? “reload this page over https”?November 2, 2019 at 2:08 pm #295796
yes, but I can’t …November 2, 2019 at 3:37 pm #295835
What happens if you do this?November 2, 2019 at 3:39 pm #295837
I can’t open the pageNovember 2, 2019 at 7:31 pm #295878
When you say “I can’t open the page” that doesn’t tell me much. Can you tell me what you see, what is the error message?
You can also try reloading the page over https by changing the URL in your browser address bar to https, then hit enter. This should work always, unless your server is not configured correctly, or your SSL certificate is not valid. In that case you’ll need to contact your hosting company.November 3, 2019 at 12:19 pm #296242

your site seems to be redirecting back to http:// when loaded over https://. This prevents your site from loading over https:// correctly. To fix this, the redirect to http:// has to be located and removed first. This redirect can come from a number of different sources, for example an .htaccess file or a different plugin. For the most common causes of a redirect back to http:// see https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/my-website-is-in-a-redirect-loop/.
