When I switched to SSL, I installed Really Simple SSL and purchased Really Simple SSL Social. I got the message that HTTP Strict Transport Security was not enabled and purchased the Pro Version of Really Simple SSL. Since the Social plugin is activated, where do I put the license for the Really Simple SSL Pro plugin or did I actually need it?
Hi Rebecca,
You should now have two license key fields on the settings/ssl/license tab. There you can activate both.

Jane MedlinI am getting a message that my ssl will expire on Feb 25 2018 but I don’t see a button to renew it. Do I have to renew it on your website page.
Thank you,
JaneHi Jane,
Yes, you should also have received an email with a renewal link. If you didn’t receive it, you can also log in to your account using the email address you used for the purchase.
If you have any trouble renewing, you can always submit a support topic, then we can help you with it.
I have an SSL Pro license, in which when entering new site, these are not active. Browser indicates that resource https: // is not available or has not been verified.
Thanks you,
FranciscoHi Fransisco,
can you give us the site address of the site on which this is occurring? Do you experience any issues when activating the license or does the site not load over https://? If so, can you give us your site address so we can have a look?
Mark
The site is where I have problems is: https://planvidanueva.com
Hi Fransisco,
I just ran a scan on your site:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=planvidanueva.com
The problem is that certificate is not trusted. A valid SSL certificate is required for the pro plugin to work.If you purchased the certificate with your hosting company, you can send them the scan link. They should know what to do.
If you have any questions, let me know.
