Did you install Really Simple SSL pro as a separate add on? You can install the plugin like any other WordPress plugin, by going to plugins, “add new”, “upload”. Then upload the zip file you can download from the purchase confirmation email.

hello! I have the same problem but am not able to upload the zipfile…..it’s just not moving when I hit the button upload new plugin.
Any idea how to fix that? 🙂kindest regards,
