Chatbot with IBM Watson

IBM has launched a plugin that allows businesses to use its Watson artificial intelligence (AI) to answer customer queries. The Watson Assistant plugin can be trained to provide information and help customers navigate websites, and can connect them to a human operator via telephone if required. The plugin is free to use with an IBM Cloud Lite account, and offers features including the use of multimedia, the ability to use customer account data in chatbot dialogues, and customisation of chat box appearance.
